The project manager is easy to communicate with and he provided a web interface for feedback so that all involved in the development and testing knew what was happening. Additionally, he made at least weekly phone or personal contact to review the project with me.

They quickly got the user interface up and most of the functions done for which I was very pleased.  When there were issues our engineers that developed the custom tool were able to spot issues and clarify command structure to their development team in a timely manner.
