Working with them has been both exciting and fantastic. The app looks great and very professional. They’re great at incorporating our requested changes and have been amenable to scope changes that weren’t outlined in the original agreement. They’ve been very responsive so far. They have a ticket system that we’ve been able to manage pretty well. If we leave a comment or express a concern, they typically get back to us within a day.
