Tata Chemicals North America (TCNA) provides chemistry solutions to some of the world's largest brands. Their wares range from alkali and ash products to agro and nutritional sciences. With 13 manufacturing plants and 4,600 employees across 4 continents, Tata operates in two main verticals: Basic and Organic Chemistry.  One of their core products is soda ash, which is used in the production of glass, detergent, and pharmaceuticals worldwide. 

Tata was looking for a long-term development partner to act as an extension of their internal engineering team to create software that could collect and analyze key environmental data points from soda ash machinery within their 55 square mile mine in Wyoming.

In order to comply with environmental bi-laws and maintain permits, it is critical that the software platform transmits, stores, and manipulates key pieces of data accurately. Our project managers worked closely with TCNA’s system engineers to implement a system that could process both new and existing datasets. Tata employees now have the ability to perform advanced functions across different locations and equipment.
