El Locator is a bilingual community-safety and legal-support platform that helps people share timely alerts and connect with attorneys when they need assistance. We transformed its mobile-focused website into a modern iOS and Android experience, then supported the launch with a marketing plan that identified the messaging and outreach needed to grow both sides of the network.

The platform serves two connected audiences: members seeking timely safety information and attorneys interested in helping potential clients nearby. We brought map-based community alerts, a prominent Legal Alert feature, bilingual accounts, notifications, and attorney subscriptions into one clear mobile experience.

Behind the apps, we developed the supporting website, administrative tools, modernized database, secure integrations, and cloud environment needed to keep the platform reliable and easy to manage.

Because a two-sided platform depends on participation from both members and attorneys, we expanded the engagement into brand strategy and go-to-market execution. We clarified El Locator’s position, developed messaging for each audience, and built attorney-prospecting and CRM workflows for consistent outreach and follow-up.

We also created English and Spanish website copy, refined the legal-policy content, established a localization workflow, prepared launch-focused social content, and supported early outreach. The result is a bilingual mobile platform supported by the technology, messaging, and outreach strategy El Locator needs to grow its user base and make legal support easier to access.
