Sagewood Builders manages complex custom construction projects where pricing, invoices, documents, media, and project changes must remain clear to everyone involved. The company wanted to give clients greater transparency without creating another disconnected system for its internal team to maintain.

We created a customer-facing portal that brings live projects and financial information into one organized experience. A direct QuickBooks connection lets customers review project activity, pricing, adjustments, invoices, and supporting materials through a secure, easy-to-use interface.

We also connected the workflows of Sagewood administrators and subcontractors. The internal team can manage projects, permissions, documents, communications, and approved financial adjustments, while subcontractors can contribute updates, photos, videos, and files. Customers see the information in context, attached to the appropriate project or invoice item.

The completed portal gives Sagewood, its subcontractors, and its customers a shared source of truth. Complex construction information is easier to understand, clients can follow progress with confidence, and the digital experience now reflects the transparency and attention to detail of a premium custom builder.
